What defines me best as a teacher is clarity with adaptability. I aim to break down complex ideas into simple, structured explanations whether it’s a scientific concept, a writing task, or problem-solving. But more importantly, I adjust how I teach based on you: your level, your goals, and how you prefer to learn. I believe in building strong conceptual understanding rather than rote learning, and I feel this is best achieved when concepts are explained in one’s mother tongue. Learning in a familiar language makes it easier to grasp complex ideas, think critically, and develop a deeper connection with the subject.
I am Anuja Dilip Kamble, a Ph.D. scholar in Botany at Savitribai Phule Pune University and an enthusiastic Assistant Professor with a strong commitment to teaching and student development. I completed my M.Sc. in Botany with an O grade and my B.Sc. with distinction from Fergusson College, and have qualified CSIR-NET, SET, and GATE, reflecting my strong academic foundation. As a teacher, I believe in building clear conceptual understanding rather than rote learning. I prefer explaining concepts in a simple and relatable manner, often using the student’s mother tongue to make learning more effective. I strive to create a student-friendly and interactive environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions, engaging in discussions, and gaining confidence. My approach focuses on guiding students in both theory and practical work, helping them think critically and develop a genuine interest in the subject.
