I am Vasantha M.sc in Mathematics and Physics with 20 years of experience in teaching, working in schools and colleges, and 5 years of online experience, I follow innovative teaching, particularly, I motivate the students by giving daily life examples so they can crack the standard result. I provide assignments so that they can think deeply about that concept and make their concept concrete. I conduct small quizzes to create healthy competition and encourage them by giving gifts.
