Things which I have in me** ? When it comes to effective teaching, strong communication skills are a must and I consider myself a strong communicator. ?Great communication doesn't stop when the teacher is done talking. Listening well is one of the most important skills needed to be a teacher so I listen to my students. ?Working in education means you’re never truly working alone so there is a need for a collaboration between a teacher and a student. ? Being able to engage students with humor, creative lessons and a strong classroom presence is an important part of what makes someone a good teacher so engaging is very important and I do it with my students. ? Empathy is really very very important by being empathetic a teacher can understand his student very well, so i do possess it in me. ? Patience helps a lot in building good connection with students.
