Dear HR Manager , MERATUTOR.COM INDIA I am excited to apply for the post of “ SOCIAL SCIENCE ONLINE TUTOR " in " MERA TUTOR " for " Noida " . I completed my Post graduation in 2007 M.A. in Ext . Edu & Social work” and from my beginning I had good and- great experience towards work on social issues and social concern as well as completed the 2017 Certificate in Human rights from IGNOU and in 2010 completed PGDHRM from Annamalai University from Delhi . From my beginning I started work as a supervisor in Taleem Research Foundation in RCH DLHS -3 and 3-4 years had huge and deep experience in health programs such as HIV AIDS – TI PROGRAM . I have experience in Program Management , Vision and strategic planning , policy implementation ,change management , Multi-level stakeholder management , Behavior change communication and Team Management , Currently from 2013 I have been working with Vidya & Child Noida – under Jay Prakash Narayan Memorial Trust , I had joined the institution as Children & Parent Program Coordinator in EDMC Primary School and had been promoted to my present designation as recognition for my capability to efficiently handle challenging responsibilities. I have experience working with different organizations in U.P. M.P. and Rajasthan. Currently I am associated with Vidya & Child and working on different aspects – Community management and Mobilization, work with critical children and families as well as organizing Parents PTM and events with parents. My association and participation with 10 years to work on Life skill planning, activity design and implementation as well as life skill syllabus design and in teacher’s recruitment not on 100% basis but on initial and end basis. From 16 years I have also had huge and in- depth experience on database management and have good and nice skills in computers. I know deep and basis level program planning and report writing on word formats. From direct I work with teachers , children and parents as well as review child’s academic planning and review for the class of 9th and 10th .as well as we work with such type of families and community those who are daily wage earner and in unorganized sector as well as due to financial constraints and challenges his /her son & daughter depends for education after 8th till lifelong education or college level for financial support , and I have directly involved in this process and I have experience for Behavior change communication as well as counselling on 10 -16 years adult age children issues .
